How do you
ship?
We use the US Mail exclusively for our standard 2 day and overnight shipping needs. To insure freshness, we ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 5:00pm EST ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Fed-Ex and UPS service is available if requested.
Do you deliver locally?
Local delivery is available, delivery charge is determined at the time of delivery
Do you have corporate gift services available?
A happy client is a good client. We realize this at little laura’s sweets and that’s why we want to help keep your clients and customers happy. There is no way to keep them happier than with a box of our delicious cookies, sweets, seasonal cookies and custom almond sugar cookies. Corporate gifting is a valued part of customer retention. We offer competitive pricing if you are a business or individual sending out gifts on a small scale or large scale to the customers, clients and friends. Custom labels with your business’s logo and gift cards are also available, as is packaging and we also can set up the “don’t forget service”. This service assures that loyal customers and clients will never be forgotten.
Do you accept wholesale orders?

Do your cookies contain nuts?
Several of our items contain nuts and our sweets are produced in a facility where there maybe nut oils. Anyone with severe nut allergies should contact us prior to ordering.
Product Guarantee
If for some reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us by email at orders@littlelaurasweets.com or by phone at
888.872.6830 for a replacement, or refund. Please include your order number, name, phone number, and a description of your problem. We may make arrangements to pick the product from you.
Refund Policy
Every item we ship is carefully inspected before it is shipped, if product arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, return the uneaten portion to us and we will happily replace the product in question and issue you a courtesy refund.
